The house is perfect for a family...or two! With three spacious air conditioned bedrooms, and two full baths, there is plenty of room for up to 8 guests. The kitchen has everything that you could ever want to prepare meals, including a "Frozen Concoction" machine. It's perfect for making your own custom blended drinks as you watch the spectacular sunset on the huge native stone patio.
Satellite TV, a DVD player, lots of movies, video games, board games, puzzles, books and an iPod stereo system are available to help you relax. There are two sea kayaks and lots of masks and snorkels for you to use. Our water is purified rainwater that has been double filtered. There are small stores nearby, and a few well stocked grocery store, so you only need to bring your specialty items. We have several restaurants to choose from, for delicious Bahamian cooking.
Our caretaker, Danny King, can point you in the right direction to find just about anything you want on the island. At the dock there are local fishermen that are happy to sell you the catch of the day. If you prefer, you can stop by your choice of restaurants mid-day to make a reservation for dinner for a taste of the best in local Bahamian cooking.

•The climate in the Bahamas is sub-tropical.
•In the islands there are basically two seasons: Wet and Dry.
•Average temperatures range between 70 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
•The Wet Season is from June through November which is also hurricane season.
•The height of the tropical activity is traditionally between August and October.
•The Dry Season, much cooler and less humid, is between December and May.
•Temperatures as low as the 60s during the Dry Season are rare but do happen.
•A light sweater should be part of your travel gear during the Dry Season.
•Brief heavy showers are common throughout the year. We call it Liquid Sunshine.
